Payment/Deposit/Order Process:
To ensure the reservation of your delightful treats, we kindly request a non-refundable deposit of 50% for all customizable and occasional cheesecakes. For cookies, brownies and other treats, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be settled 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Securing your order is simple – once your deposit is processed and received, your delicious treats are reserved exclusively for you. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel pending bookings if the deposit is not paid promptly. Remember, no deposit means no order! Thank you for understanding and choosing us to sweeten your special moments.
Changes Or Cancellation
Please make any modifications to your order, such as size or flavor changes, at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. All deposits are non-refundable, and in case of order cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. If full payment is not received by the due date, the order may be cancelled
Delivery/Pickup Options:
Delivery fees vary based on location. Please confirm delivery time 48 hours before the scheduled date. If the client or representative is unavailable during delivery, a re-delivery fee will be required upon receipt of goods and services. Thank you for your cooperation.
Unforeseen Occurrences
In the event of unforeseen occurrences like a car accident, challenging road conditions, or delivery-related traffic, Cake It Or Leave It cannot be held liable for delays or damages to the cake. However, we are committed to making every effort to arrange suitable alternatives, ensuring you won’t be without a cake on your special day. Your understanding is appreciated.
