• Cookies: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required.

• The remaining balance must be settled 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Order Confirmation:

• Your order is reserved once your deposit is processed and received.
• Please note that we reserve the right to cancel pending bookings if the deposit is not paid promptly.

Rush Orders:

• Rush orders, defined as orders placed with less than 48 hours’ notice, are subject to additional fees. A rush fee of $40 applies to 48-hour orders, and a fee of $50 applies to 24-hour orders. All rush orders must be pre-approved based on our schedule and availability. Fees are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
